I did not buy this machine from Amazon, I bought it at a dealer. My review is the same as (Subi Dude) In fact I have the same plastic piece on my dear as I write this review. The replacement The whole Console cost almost $80 from a Amazon seller. From a dealer if not backordered until May is about $50. I cobbled up a repair on mine and now I have reverse and one slow speed forward. If the replacement part is the same .50 plastic it will need to be reinforced with aluminum, something someone buying a $1400 machine should have to do. I am sorry I bought this cheap product. This is not the only part they made af plastic.

My grandfather bought this because he's too old to shovel and it broke. This machine is a far cry from the Husqvarna we knew and loved last century. As an engineer I will confidently tell you that the design is trash. TRASH. Do not buy this product.

Steering is great. Happy with everything else as well. Solid machine. Replaced a 51 year old Ariens. Hope it lasts just as long, even though at my age, I won’t.

Had one through over a dozen snow storms and have only been able to use it twice since the wheels rarely move.

Used once. Worked fine. Went to use again and drive assembly broken.

The product arrived unable to move because the drive belt was completely off the drive wheel. After assembling I had the disassemble the belt drive and place the belt on the wheel I am pointing to. Now it runs but the belt got worn from me testing it. A new product shouldn’t have arrived this way.
