I've use Grab-On products for years, particularly their foam grips. They won't work with bar-end weights or mirrors so I use these covers. Honda's factory grips are skinny and hard and not pleasant for me for even short periods of time. I buy these to slide over the factory handgrips and all is right with the world.Installation is simple but requires a little prep and patience. The end of the grips is flared, so sliding doesn't actually work. Take a little soapy water and coat the inside of the Grab-On covers and the handgrip. Work the end of the cover over the flare, then push the cover inward while twisting back and forth. It's important to coat the inside of the cover as well as the grip, and work fairly quickly. When the water dries, the cover is locked in place.Hair spray works well, too, but you have to be quicker, as it dries quicker. This all takes about the same time or less to do it than to read it. Do it once, and the next time it will go even faster. These covers wear very well and don't seem to have a problem with UV breaking them down. This size should fit any bike with 7/8" bars, which is pretty much all Japanese bikes and a lot of others. The throttle side is a little thicker but that's ok. These will work. They add a little softness and diameter to the factory grips and absorb a little vibration.PRO TIP: remove the Honda grips and replace them with softer, more comfortable grips. Many riders have a personal preference that the Honda grips don't meet. Add the Grab-On covers and life is good.I have bought and will buy these again. These were purchased with my own money and I did not receive a discount for my objective (and subjective where noted) review.

Installed these on a 2006 BMW F650GS. Being a new rider, though I try to avoid maintaining a death grip, I do tend to grip the bars a little bit too tight too often, such that my fingers go numb frequently. Very uncomfortable! But aside from my grip issues, I also felt the stock heated grips were rather narrow and hard, resulting in an uncomfortably tight grip position as well as being conducive to transferring this single cylinder bikes vibrations into my hands.Getting them on was a bit of a pain, as the BMW heated grips have an outboard rubber rim larger in diameter than the inner portion of the grip. I got around this by inserting a smooth plastic tube in the Grab On Grip Cover and sliding this tube over the outer grip rim on the bike, sort of like a "shoe horn" for the Grab On Grip Cover. It allowed me to "push" the foam covers on. Once mostly over the grip, I could pull the plastic tube out with some effort. I used soapy water to help things slide.A very noticeable difference on my first ride with the Grip Covers. MUCH less hand fatigue and no numbness. These make for a larger diameter grip (more comfortable for me) and dampen a great deal of vibration. I also added a "Crampbuster" to compliment these covers. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the manner in which the product is packaged and shipped. The Grip Covers are flattened in their package, resulting in two creases where each "tube" has been flattened. Yes these disappear once the product is installed, but I bet when they do split in a few years time, it will be along one of these creases. This product should be in a blister pack so the tubes remain round and are not crushed flat. The price is right though and the comfort gains a huge plus!

I think I've put these on every bike I've owned. They work with heated grips. Much more comfortable than stock grips.

I put these on my 2009 R1200GS 50k miles ago because the stock grips are too narrow for my long fingers, and too slippery, so I had to choke it the whole time while riding. Adding these foam over grips gives you a fatter, grippier surface that is much easier to hold at constant throttle without cramping, just a nice soft grip and the weight of your hand. Im used to foam products being limited lifetime, but these grips have held up without bleaching, collapsing or getting crumbly. They literally look brand new and I’ve worn out three sets of gloves on them, riding rain and shine.I just bought a pair for my new bike, let’s see if the manufacturer has kept the quality up.

I bought these for my 2018 Honda PCX150. I love them . They offer a very comfortable improvement over the small and rather hard OEM grips . I've logged about 150 miles on my scooter since installing them and I'm 100% satisfied with the vibration dampening these offer. If you're bothered by vibration like I am , I strongly recommend giving these a try. I doubt I could ride for extended periods like I do without these .Installation is easy . I filled a small bowl with warm water & then kept adding Dawn dish soap till it became a very slippery solution . Then I just used my fingers to apply the soapy water to the factory grip surface AND the inner surface of the Grab - On covers. Quickly , I slid the new grip cover over the end of the factory grips and used a slight twisting / pushing motion to land them to their permanent location . Obviously I repeated this procedure for the other side. Though being very tight and feeling secure , I left these set up overnight for about 12 hours to allow the soapy water solution to dry.Remember these are sponge foam , be careful installing them so you don't tear them. Be prepared to work quickly once lubing these for installation .I'll absolutely buy these again once I wear mine out .Thanks , Sean

Slightly thinner than Grip Puppies. The Grip Puppies started to tear after two-years so I thought I’d try these. Had the thick ones years ago that are installed after you remove the stock grips, but thought I’d try the slip ons first. Was hoping the slip ons would be made of the same material as the thick ones, but no.
