Just as described and works as it should and installs the same way as the old factory one. Easy to replace your self with basic knowledge. No issues been pumping ever sense installed last year. I'd say quality for price any day on this one. I would recommend this product.

For anyone who needs it, this will fit any 4L60E transmission made after 93. Ignore the fitment guides. It does have a plastic piston, took the metal one out of my old one and used it. To get piston out turn it piston side down and sharply tap it on something numerous times. Piston and spring will eventually come out. Comes with outer spring but not the inner one.

Shifting problems only manifests when temps goes bellow 50 degrees, as soon as the vehicle warms up, the transmission works fine as if there’s no problem at all. I was not able to use the part, I traded the truck in for far better Japanese truck. GM needs to step up over all in automotive design.

Did some research because I was having transmission issues and came to this part being a possible cause of my shuddering (felt like slipping) shift into 2nd gear. The part was cheap enough it was worth a try and sure enough it fixed the problem.
