About Freshwater Cultured Pearls
The Pearl is the only gemstone found inside a living creature, it is a wonder of nature. Freshwater Cultured Pearls are harvested from certain varieties of mussels, a type of mollusk. A tiny bead is surgically implanted inside the mollusk’s shell, and over time it will coat the bead in many layers of natural minerals and proteins. These layers are called nacre. The nacre gives pearls their appearance. The deep, iridescent shine produced by the nacre is referred to as luster.
This exquisite piece of freshwater cultured pearl jewelry is enhanced with brilliant cut cubic zirconia gemstones.
The meaning of pearls
Pearl is the birthstone for the month of June. It is also the gemstone for both Sun Signs Gemini and Cancer. Over the centuries they have come to symbolize purity and innocence. Pearls are considered a traditional gift for first wedding anniversaries.
Care
Avoid allowing your pearl jewelry to come in contact with cosmetics, hairsprays, perfumes, or other household chemicals. It is best to apply beauty products before putting on your pearl jewelry. Keep pearls clean by simply using a soft cloth to wipe away any residue that may have accumulated while wearing. Occasionally, mild, soapy water may be used for more thorough cleaning. Steam and ultrasonic cleaners should be avoided.

I bought these because I wanted an earring jacket for my diamond studs. They worked out great! I love that it has three holes to adjust the jacket exactly how you need! I just got these so I couldn’t tell you how they will hold up but I love them!

So beautiful!! They arrived as promised. It was packed so nice, in a very nice gift box. The cubic zirconia stones sparked and were not oversized. The pearls were not fake looking and those were also a nice size. Loved that it had 3 post holds so they can be adjusted to earlobe length. Overall was very impressed. I can not wait to give these as a gift. I may also purchase one for myself!! I did also purchased the protection plan for 2 years. will order again!!!

Both pearl studs arrived significantly bent. The box and packaging was perfect so they were already bent when they were packed. The two pearls are also noticeably different in size, which I guess won’t really matter when they’re on opposite ears. I actually bought these specifically for the back jackets not the studs, so I’ll just straighten the studs and hopefully they won’t break, but something new like this shouldn’t arrive bent up.

I bought these to wear to a wedding. When I opened them I was taken aback by how small they were. However, after putting them on I decided to wear them because they were so cute. I took off a star because the back on one would not lock and I had to use an eraser from a pencil to keep the post in my ear.

Loved these earrings for my wedding! Super unique. My only complaint is that they are a little tricky to get on but not too bad once you get the hang of it. I would buy these again in a heartbeat!

These earrings are neat looking. The only problem is that straight from the package, one of the posts is bent. One good thing though is that you can use almost any earring stud with this crystal backing, so it’s still useable despite the bent post.
