Good looking product however the fasteners provided are junk. Now I’m stuck trying to find the correct size fasteners before I can even get it installed. BS

I purchased some amazing Matt window vents from the same company. Love the quality loved everything about them decided to purchase the matching hood bug guard. Took the time to install new hood bug guard the fittings they give you to install will not work they pop out of hood when trying to install screws. Clip either pops out or spins it will not allow you to tighten up to install went back online to read reviews on the same issue called the company got nothing but the runaround and was told that I need to write an email to them to explain the issues. It’s funny that it’s all over there customer reviews but they need an additional customer to write an additional complaint so here’s my complaint listen to your customers repair your items. Be proud of what you make don’t be jerks.

Don't waste your money. Not enough little screw plugs, need 6, received 4, screws are not long enough, they send washers for the screws that are the same size as the head of the screw, let's see, what else? Oh ya, taking the original "scrivets" out of your hood seal, good luck on them not breaking just enough so they won't go back in and hold as they did originally when you find out the supplied hardware won't work. Now I have 6 places on my hood seal with nothing holding it. MADE IN THE USA is printed on literally everything, no wonder everything is being outsourced overseas....

Hardware that comes with it DOES NOT FIT. The nutcerts are too small for the holes. Then they want 41.00 to return it because it does not mount to the truck. Need to spend more on a nutcert kit that I can use to get it to mount properly.

Nice bug deflector shield but we have gotten 2 rock chips in our windshield in the first month. Didn't even sound loud or seem like a big rock hit. I hear that the new truck windshields are chipping easier and the windshield repair companies are repairing all kinds of windshields on the 2020, 2021 trucks of Ram and other makes also. There are only 2 major windshield manufacturers, so I'm sure they make windshields for more than one make of vehicle. There seems to be a problem and looks like should be some recalls. Minus 2 stars for getting 2 rock chips so quickly with the bug deflector shield on that should be helping better.
