I ordered these book ends not realizing it was a book nook kit but got so excited when I saw what it was as I’ve been doing these for the past 6 months and I’m in love with these … now I need more books to make the train look longer it’s the best thing on my bookshelf

I bought these to hold my Harry Potter books because they kind of look like the Hogwarts Express. It was fairly easy to put together but I did have to use the tape on parts it didn’t call for because the pieces kept falling off or wouldn’t stay. I also wish both sides of the pieces were painted and the backs the of bookend. As they are a brown cardboard color. That makes it look a little unfinished. Luckily the books I’m using are tall and you cannot see it. They are not very heavy though so I could see them easily getting knocked over. For the value I like them. It took me a couple of hours to put together.

I'm still in the process of putting this together and will update with completed photo. Overall, it seems to be a nice set. I plan to use this as book ends for Harry Potter books. It's giving me a Platform 9 3/4 vibes.

I'll admit I had pretty low expectations of this kit. So imagine my pleasant surprise when the instructions were clear and complete, the material is good quality, the pieces fit together perfectly, they popped out of the holders no issues, and it was a genuine pleasure to assemble. Plus, it holds books!A few notes. The two sides are different, so pay attention to the directions! if something's not fitting, you've probably got an extremely similar but not identical part. If you do put something on in the wrong spot, it's pretty easy to take apart and adjust. The two sided tape is a little tricky as well, but there's plenty of it. I found the best way to use it was to pull the white strip off, then press the part into the tape, which would then pull it away from the backing. The tape is sticky but not too sticky. Good enough to hold, but still can make adjustmentsOverall, really happy with these bookends. They look great, hold books, and it was really relaxing to put them together.

This kit was exactly as advertised and such a joy to assemble. The instructions were clear, and while some of the smaller parts required a finer touch, the process was fun and very rewarding. Once completed, the Century Train book nook looks phenomenal on my shelf—it’s sturdy, eye-catching, and a unique decorative piece.I’ve already received several compliments from guests who have seen it, and it’s quickly become a conversation starter. I’m very impressed with the quality and design and will definitely be looking for more of these kits in the future. Highly recommend it for craft enthusiasts or anyone wanting a creative addition to their bookshelf!

This DIY century train book nook kit makes for a fun little weekend project. The laser-cut wooden pieces seem well-made and fit together pretty nicely. The instructions are helpful though it is not necessarily a challenging process. It was enjoyable seeing the miniature Hogwarts Express style train start to take shape. The finished product is cute and adds a fun touch to our bookshelf. They suggest limited its use to 3-5 books which may range a little depending on weight/size though the message overall is that it is somewhat limited in how much weight it can sustain. A decent project for a relaxing afternoon. Recommended to anyone who think they'd enjoy a quick assembly little venture like this.

I MUST HAVE (6) PAIRS OF BOOKENDS. WHO ASSEMBLES BOOKEND.....AND MADE OF CARDBOARD?? THIS PAIR OF BOOKENDS NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED (APPROX. 500 PIECES).....AND THEY ARE MADE OF CARDBOARD! MY WIFE SAYS....."DIDN'T YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION?" WHO WOULD EVEN CONSIDER THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO ASSEMBLE BOOKENDS.....AND MADE OF CARDBOARD!! THESE SHOULD BE IN THE TOYS AND PUZZLE SECTION. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

These make a great gift and a nice addition for anyone who enjoys book nooks, 3d puzzles but also just library aesthetic. The train has very harry potter vibes so can be mixed and matched. While the wood itself is lightweight, they are easily nestled between books for a very eye catching look.
