It was poorly packaged and came with two cracks .The fountain was close to $600 I would hope they could use better packaging for that price.

Really nice fountain. The description says halogen lites, actually this shipment came with led. Only criticism is that the led lites are too dim. Yes, in a world were led lites are blinding us with brightness, these are too dim.Update:Discovered my controller, for halogen lighting, was causing interference with the led lights, making them too dim.

Purchased fountain for backyard corner area. Less than a week after having fountain running, the pump stopped working. Contacted Toscano Customer Service and after I told them I purchased through Amazon they said contact Amazon and hung up the phone. Regardless where I bought it should you not stand bhind your inferior product? Contacted Amazon who had an option to return the fountain. Was not going to lug a 50 lb plus fountain to UPS. So I bought a replacement pump. Poor customer service from both Toscano and Amazon on this one. When talikng to Amazon I was disconnected (hung up on) and they never called back to resolve issue.
