These are a very shiny black, almost a patent leather. I wear a size 6 and these feel a bit loose, but I am almost used to this. It is hard to find a 5.5 shoe. Judging from where my big toe fits into these, I'd say it's safe to order your regular sizeI don't feel there is very good arch support, but I have very flat feet - practically no arch at all. I have arch support/metatarsal insoles and I swear by them. I was concerned that with the style of the shoe the insole would be visible along the instep. Picture on the left indicates that it is not a problem at all. Picture on the right shows the rubber no slip sole. The original shoe insole is padded and quite comfortable.The buckle on the strap touches your skin, but not painfully so. I mention this in case anyone has a specific metal allergy. The workaround for that is to coat the part touching ther skin directly with several layers of clear nail polish. The straps are very comfortable, which surprised me. If you look closely at the photo on the left you can see some elastic built into the strap for comfort.These shoes give good value as they can be used with a dress or skirt, or with jeans.. Anything goes with these cute flats.

These are attractive dress/casual shoes. The finish is very shiny and almost looks like patent leather, almost. I sized up as the shoes looked a bit narrow. I’m glad I did, as these fit well. I do like the double straps as the shoes don’t slide off my heels. For dress shoes, they’re reasonably comfortable, although I’m not sure my feet would say the same thing if I wore them 8-5. These are flats with virtually no arch support, but if they’re not used for long periods of standing, they are comfortable. My one criticism is an odd one. I chose black shoes. When they were delivered, I tried them on with the black dress socks I happened to be wearing. The top of the shoes, at the ankles looked odd. I realized the shoes were lined with a flesh colored material that contrasted and detracted from the overall look. The black on black accented the pinkish colored lining between the outer shoe and the dark sock. I removed my socks to see if it helped. The lining became nearly invisible. So, if you get this shoe, it might mean wearing neutral hose with it so that the lining isn’t seen. The price point for these shoes was reasonable for these shoes.

These are soCute! The way they're made, the shape absolutely resembles ballet shoes. I believe its due to the fact that the sole looks tucked under the shoe a bit, and the roundness of the toe. They remind me of a very fancy and more comfortable version of those very cheap, flat, black canvas and orange rubber (sometimes embroidered roses), ChinaDoll Mary Jane's you'd buy for like 5-10$.. I have wide feet and a high instep. I usually wear between a 9-10 although my true size is 9W. Size 10 in these is perfect. The left (smaller foot) feels a tad large (per usual) but since the straps come up higher on the foot, and are adjustable, they're just right and don't flop or rub. I wouldn't have ordered a smaller size as the toe box is a bit shallow, but still wearable and will be fabulous once broken in. *Little to no arch support, so can't see myself wearing these to walk around theCity all day. Great for anything else.

These shoes are very uncomfortable. They don't have any cushion and the material is very cheap which pinches and rubs. It's supposed to imitate patent leather but instead looks like cheap plastic. There is no arch support and the toe box is extremely flat. The color is not like the pictures.

These fit a bit long and narrow. The toes kind of squeeze, but I like that the strap has some elastic material so that the it is forgiving. The color is great. Besides being a little narrow and tight in the toes, they're just not all that comfortable. The sole is stiff, and the edges are hard around the perimeter of the foot. Hopefully these will soften with time.

These feel like they're well made! They're slightly wide on my heel, but I have pretty narrow feet so I can't fault the shoe. I love the color, it's a super shiny candy red that really pops. I like the way the criss cross straps feel, these are comfy and cute

These flats are everything I hoped for—seriously adorable and straight-up ballerina-chic. I wear an 8.5 and they fit like a dream, no weird pinching or breaking-in phase. Just comfy from the start, like they were made for twirling through the day.They’ve got that classic, dainty look you’d expect from a ballet slipper, but with the structure and durability of a solid everyday shoe. The criss-cross ankle strap is the chef’s kiss detail—adds just enough charm without trying too hard.Perfect with a sundress when I’m feeling cute, or jeans and a tee when I want something low-key but still polished. The material feels high-quality, and they’ve held up beautifully so far. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat—and maybe in another color too.

These are really nice looking shoes, kind of shiney with their patent leather coating. The soles are thin with a very low heel, perhaps 1/4 inch in height but there is some cushioning to make it comfortable to walk in. They do run a tiny bit small and their shape is longer and narrower than most because of their ballet slipper style. There are no markings anywhere inside to say what the shoes are made of. They look like they could be fine leather inside but looks can be deceiving. I will only wear these for dressy occasions without a lot of walking because I don't think these will be an all day shoe. The elastic in the strap does have some give which is necessary if you have high insteps like I do. 4 stars because they don't say anywhere what these are made of and they run a bit small.
