I use the ECWCS waffle tops but hate the 3/4 zip and collar that the military issue ones have. This is almost identical except with the crew neck that I prefer. The grid fleece works very well to keep you warm but also let out moisture. Definitely my go to insulating layer for winter weather now.

I got the shirt and pants and they are great, almost too warm at times. They do hold odors so if you need to wear them several days in a row keep that in mind.

I live in WY and work outside. I bought these on recommendation from my brother and I am not disappointed. They are super soft, comfy, and keep me warm. All the guys I work with wear coveralls all winter but I just wore these and a pair of pants over them. Will buy more next winter.

Once I found a size that fit and a shirt with now sewing issues, it is outstanding value for the price. IMHO they run small. I usually wear a Medium base layer and ended up with a Large but had to buy 3 Large shirts to find one that fit and didnt have quality issues.

These are very close to the ones I used in the miltary. They are warm and I always buy a size bigger for extra room to add layers! Regardless of color i love them all and they make great pajamas camping in chili weather. I own the 1/4 zip pullovers too! All great! And don't forget to get the bottoms

Likes- warm, breaths very well, neck sizing is greatDislike- as a base layer the wrist section should be a little smaller" however the forearm section is well sized, the torso section is a little short and should be about an inch or so longer
