The soft cushion reduces elbow pain.
Materials (top side of cushion)
Polyurethane (surface) and 65% polyester / 35% cotton (back side) with durable cloth attached underneath for extra strength. Genuine leather look.
Material (cushion)
Pressed urethane foam chips (color may vary). High density, firm material prevents elbows from sinking into the armrest unlike other competitor products.
Material (bottom side of cushion)
Vinyl chloride that is strong against pulling. Embossed three-dimensional surface.
Material (base under cushion)
EVA sheet for firm but moderate hardness and support.
Softness
When elbows are placed normally on the armrest, the thickness remains at 2cm (no sinking).
Side zipper
The sponge inside can be replaced.
Softness
With pressure applied, the cushion compresses to 1cm. The sponge inside prevents elbows from sinking into the armrest unlike other inferior products.

I was looking for something to give me better elbow support on my Ikea Jarvfjallet home office chair since I have a relatively long torso and the armrests are pretty low. I was surprised to find that there aren't many options out there attempting to solve this problem -- this was the only product like this I could find. It's definitely a little homemade-feeling and looking but it ultimately solves my problem perfectly -- it offers a few options for the amount of added height and connects together logically and easily. (The instructions appear to have been written using Google Translate but they shouldn't be too hard to figure out with a little bit of thought.) The pads do wobble a little bit once installed but I haven't found it too problematic.I am not sure that I would want to use this if I were in an actual office or somewhere that I was going to have clients or customers see it, because again it does look a little makeshift at the end, but for a home office it works fine. And the alternative is buying a fancy office chair for many hundreds of dollars, so I'm pretty happy with this solution!

Do the general trick but move around a lot. The stretchy cover doesn’t stay in easily.

接触部のクッションは固めですが痛いということもなく、固めの厚土台と併せて頼れる感じでありがたいです。購入に至るキッカケは、座高と比較して低い肘掛けに肘を置き重心を預ける座り方をリラックス時に取るようにしていたことが原因で背筋をまっすぐに保ちにくかったり腰や肩の負担に繋がってると気付き、対策に肘掛け台を嵩増しできるこちらの商品に行き当たりました。肘掛けに重心を預け負荷を分散できて背筋をスッと立て易く、頭部の重量を支える姿勢を自然に取れる実感を早速得ております。取説は一通り付けてみると指示されている内容に不備はないと分かるものの、写真（ご家庭向けプリンターインクジェット印刷）による図解のため黒ベルト装着の際に確認したい細部が分かりづらく戸惑う場面がありました（バックルの向きについては文字で特徴を指示してあるため助かりました）。割高というレビューを警戒しましたが、取り付けの手間と取り付け後の見映えへの不満なのだとしたらそれは的外れで、この工程は各種環境に対応する工夫だし、カバーが底面に無いのも肘掛けとの境に布を挟むと固定感が緩くなるからそうしなかったのかなと。椅子メーカーの公式ならいざ知らず、多様な椅子と使用者の背丈に応じる気構えと実用に耐え得る素材は値段相応だと思います。

海外のは夏には向かい生地のは有りますがこちらは年中使える生地。肘掛けが丁度良い高さになり、だいぶテレワーク環境が改善しました。

クッションを導入したことによりひじ掛けが下がってかなり辛かったので購入しました説明書は解像度低くてあまり見えずクッションの裏に通す穴があるのでそこからベルトを通します見た感じ耐久力はありそうです

買った椅子の肘掛けが以上に低いので、なんとか高くしたいと探して購入しました。 確かに、これで高くはなる……なるけーどー……という、なんて言うのか、この値段でこれかぁ……っていう開けたときのがっかり感が半端ありません。 ちょっと器用な人だったら、自分でも作ったりできちゃうんじゃないかな？ っていうレベルのクォリティかと。 （私には出来ませんが） 買って後悔……とまでは言いませんが、うーん、もうちょっと！ っていうところです。 細身なので、少し太めの肘掛けの上につけると、横に倒れます。 まぁ、これは自分の使い方もあると思うのであれですが。 かなり微妙な気持ちになる商品です。（使えるけど、もうちょっとなぁ……ていう）
