This 12V USB-powered Car Fan, with Dual Heads, has only one 2-speed power switch. Advertised at 1dB, I compared it to other fans, and the noise level is closer to 40 dB. These fans rotate faster than the advertised 3 RPM, more likely around 3500 RPM. Each fan head has a 4.13" diameter. The fan unit is compact, with a 4.33" depth, 8.66" length, and a height of 6.3".This compact fan's infinitely adjustable fan arms and heads make it a winner. Each arm base can rotate 360 degrees, and the arm base can flip down and be positioned below the fan's base. The fan heads have 180-degree rotation.With its 12V USB power cord, this fan can be used elsewhere. Power it using a power bank or a computer to have a fan almost anywhere you need a small fan.I have several vintage cars that don't have an AC, but they do have a cigarette outlet. I'll purchase an adapter to use this in my vintage cars.
