It can reduce the high temperature when the oven is working, and it is an additional upgrade compared to the basic model.

It fell off during violent transportation. According to the video on the product page, you can take it out or put it back.
Is the oven self-igniting, or do you need to manually light it with a lighter each time you want to use it?

Utilizing electronic pulse ignition, it's essential to power on before starting the ignition process.
I don’t have 12V in my tiny house. Can I use this without plugging in the DC power for the lights?

Yes, you can use it without power to ignite the range top. But the lights and the oven need electricity.
Will a 5lb propane tank work?

Any size propane tank will work as long as you have the correct adapter.
Does it need an insulation wrap around it?

No. It can be installed in the designated area by removing it from the shipping container and installing it per the instructions provided

Unit arrived in great shape except instructions are incomplete as to how to get into burner box to secure to cabinet. Called company tech support a few times and no one is available to take the call 1 pm EST on Friday.

The oven is great and super easy to use. I had an issue with the oven rack being difficult to slide in and out even with the technique of lifting it up and sliding it out but customer service contacted me through Amazon and took care of the issue immediately.I highly recommend this product. The oven works great and my breads and pizzas turn out amazing!

Our unit had some minor issues from the harsh shipping cross country it endured. We were thrilled when the CAMPLUX customer service people helped us to fix it ourselves rather than to wait for a whole new unit to be sent and praying that one wasn't damaged too. Fast response and camping trip is back on.
