My box turtle loves it after it is soaked in the DECHLORINATED water. Please remember that it needs to be dechlorinated water.

My box turtles only go for live wiggly food so they have no opinion. My red foot though loves this stuff so much that I have to give it as a treat because he stopped eating his greens and veggies(which need to be his main diet) Like a kid with candy!

I had previously ordered the larger container of this food, after the food I had given our box turtle for 20 YEARS suddenly was no longer available. When I went to order another, the wait was up to 8 weeks. So I opted for the single serving version. Needless to say, these are convenient, even if not as economical.

My picky box turtle absolutely adore this. I have tried so many different foods for my 2 year old box turtle artie and she always picks and chooses and let's everything else go to waste. Let me tell you she leaves nothing behind with this food. And the cup that comes with the jar is so convenient. Definitely buying this again!

I have three box turtles that love this. All three have different food preferences but this combo works for all three. I just add a bit of hot water and let it sit for about 5 to 10 min. This allows the crickets and chicken to rehydrate and probably taste fresher for them. This also allows them to have a well balanced diet. This saves me from having to mix and purchase everything myself.

Brilliant idea! Tortoise loves it! This is a very convenient way to buy fruits/veggies/whole protein sources that doesn't go bad right away. We have a lot of pets and are very busy, so this lets us give him what he needs even if we didn't have time to get to the store and get fresh greens or fruit that day. Our Red Footed Tortoise loves this for a treat. We let him have a serving once every week or two as a treat, but make sure to only have one protein source in his portion at a time so that it's not too much for him.
