This item has helped me to move 4'x8' plywood sheets around. It enables you to raise the sheet to the level of the table saw or workbench top and slide the sheet onto them. There is a locking tab that seem too flimsy and the frame feels shaky at times. However this did not prevent the item from working.

Allot of assembly. Instructions are unclear but clear enough. Could be taller, hard to move 4x8 sheets. Also could use a wheel, that folds out of the way, on the pivot leg. A few modifications and this will be very helpful. Recommend this product.

The only time I want to save my back when lifting heavy sheets of plywood or panel stock. That’s when this contraption mostly makes me nervous. That said, it hasn’t bent or broke after the second job.

Installation instruction is hard to use. Next time in the future do video installation on You Tube link in the installationpaper. Everything is good, easy to stored away, price is right and save my back.

Well, at least the box was brightly colored. Everything else about this product is substandard. Where to begin? The instructions are simply horrible; pictographs from hell. This is your first hint that the product is a toy. The material used are thin enough to be ridiculous. Everything flexes. The welding is rather awful, resulting in a lopsided device. As if that is not enough, I was missing several parts. Maybe it was used, or maybe the quality control is just awful. After noting how crappy this is, I read the negative reviews, and they were spot on. I returned this. My search for an easier way to wrangle sheet goods continues. This product is a waste of time.

For starters, I love Bora tools and accessories. That's why I was so happy to find that they had a reasonably priced panel carrier. The real appeal of this model is being able to collapse and store with virtually no footprint or even hang on a wall hook. That was my main interest instead of building my own shop made model. The instructions for the assembly process are horrible. Absolutely not a single word of text or explanation, not even in terms of identifying parts. This becomes problematic when they actually add more parts than are noted in the part inventory depiction. The bolts shown are basically only identified by comparison of the various lengths, and identified by a single part letter with no other description. The assembly processes themselves could also benefit from some explanation or direction. If nothing else, use actual photographs of the parts rather than line drawings. It would avoid the point where I had to disassemble a section and turn the armatures around so that the flat side would butt up against the end of the set bolt. A clear illustration or photograph would be great.I actually considered making a video of the assembly process and posting it. And then I decided it was more beneficial to Bora to do so than to have me take the time to create and post it.So, once it's assembled, I started noting problems. The carrier was slightly skewed out of square, so looking at the carrier from behind, the left side of the tilting rack itself sits forward of the right side. I didn't want to bend or force it because I wasn't certain how it would impact it over all. I had sheets on a flat cart, and dragged one off into my van. I set up the carrier in position and removed the sheet pulling it over the carrier. Even with the legs on the stand out, I found adjusting the weight of even a single sheet on there will cause the carrier to roll on the wheels, basically turning it off to the side. So you have to be very certain it is in position beforehand.Standing the carrier up for transport, the handle works exactly the opposite of what you would assume. It feels like you would squeeze the handle, which would be more intuitive. Once in the upright position, steering is more scooting in the direction you want to go. The sheet really needs to be well centered, and you are basically keeping a hand on and scooting it to turn, which is probably why the wheels are made of hard plastic rather than rubber.I did try to use it as an side support table as shown in the videos. Again, with a small amount of weight sliding across it, it shifted. I was glad this was a dry run rather than actually having my table saw turned on.All in all, this is better than hauling it around by hand, but not by a significant amount. Far less expensive than other commercially available options, but it's a case where lower price might indeed equal lower value. I'll be using this until I build my own. I've designed some plans where it will collapse to about a 6 inch footprint. That will be the best I can do. Once I do, I'll likely sell this for whatever I can get.

Good idea but I found it difficult to make turns. It’s okay for inside use, but the wheels are too narrow for outside use. Unloading from my truck it moved around almost causing me to drop the sheet of plywood.

I handle sheet goods on a regular basis, and I'm not getting any younger. I used to be able to just pick up a sheet, musclel it to the table saw, and break it down there. That's gotten harder over time, and I ended up getting a track saw and a portable table to do the initial breakdown before the sheet got to the shop. This cart was the missing piece - it works great, and with the ability to both roll it to the table and tilt it up, makes moving sheets of 1-1/4" mdf almost effortless. I did find the instructions a bit lacking, but they were fairly straightforward. Assembly was fairly quick, and my back thanks me for getting this every time I use it.
