I love these GymCope Back Roller Wheel Set of 3 with 2 Yoga Blocks – Foam Back Stretcher for Pain Relief, Spine Cradle Deep Tissue Massage Roller for Stretching & Physical Therapy.Comes with three wheels of various heights/widths. They’re incredibly heavy duty. I do believe it when it says in the description that it supports up to 500+ pounds. Although I’m at a 5’8” & 159 pounds and it feels very sturdy. Hard plastic in a very nice bright turquoise color. The padding on it is like a thick m, yet soft foam-like black rubber tire tread with a dip in the center all around to cradle the spine. I love the different heights, too. Comes with instructions on different exercises to do with it as well. I love the foam yoga blocks that come with it. These are smaller than most yoga blocks, but fit in the hand nicely. I like it because I can also put the block under my lower back to lie on where I feel other yoga blocks are too tall for me to do that, these are just the right size for the straight up and down yoga block and getting under the lower back to pop/crack it back into place.I’m so happy with these. I think it’s a great deal for the price. I love, too how when you’re putting them away, you can just stack the wheels inside of each other to get out of the way.

I'd looked at these under the brand name but the combination packs just seemed silly. These, however, make it super easy and cost effective. They are high quality plastic with a nice soft, grippy rubber surface which makes rolling easy and comfortable. The size is surprisingly comfortable. After years of foam rolling, I didn't consider that the larger surface area and more gentle angle is really nice for gentle stretching and far less pressure than the smaller ones.Having the multiple options is a great way to work down from a relaxing stretch to focusing on problem areas. They nest nicely inside each other to save space.ONLY complaints is that the large ones are a little narrower than I would like, so you can turn them slightly and roll off center if you're not careful.overall -- great addition to the back/neck stretch for anyone over 30 :-)

I like this set! I am reviewing the 3-wheel set (plus it comes with two small yoga blocks). The wheels are great for different uses on the floor and I am alternating putting the two smaller wheels of that set behind my back to support myself in different ways and remind myself to watch my poster and to sink my weight into my hips.I like that the small one (in my set) is about the diameter of one of those long foam rollers but this will be easier to use in small spaces as it doesn’t stick out so far. So, you could easily travel with this smallest roller (and maybe the middle size too), especially as the middle is hollow so you could pack clothes in the middle. Or, actually, you could pack something more fragile in the middle as the plastic would keep it safer. The quality is good. The hard plastic wheels are coated with a kind of dense foam that seems durable (not flaky). I can update if anything changes, but I think these will be fine for years to come. Some plastic products have off-gassing issues but this did not off-gas, or if it did any production smells were gone so quickly that I did not notice. I am happy to say that I only can smell it if I put my nose right on it. I am happy with this set.

This set has been great for working through the tightness that builds up from sitting too long or sleeping funny. The medium roller is what I reach for the most; it hits just the right depth in my mid-back and helps loosen everything up, sometimes with a few satisfying pops. It’s not just rolling either; sometimes using it to hold a stretch in place does a lot to release tension without having to move much at all.The small wheel works deftly around the shoulders and neck where a regular roller is too bulky, and the mini works well on calves or even under foot. The foam has just the right firmness, enough give to be comfortable but still supportive. There was no weird chemical smell either, which can be an issue with some EVA products. The yoga blocks are a nice add-on, I’m not sure I will use them, but they’re dense enough to use for support or an extra lift in poses or passive stretches. The wheels nest together, so it’s easy to store. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s something I reach for when I feel tight, especially before bed or after long workdays.

This set of back roller wheels is great for stretching and massaging the back. The two larger wheels allow for a perfectly controlled stretch that looses up the spine, from the neck all the way pelvis. The smaller ones are perfect for more precise pressure around the shoulders and lower back. The blocks are perfect for arching the back up and down to get the perfect stretch. I've been using this every morning as soon as I get out of bed to loosen up my spine.I will say that I did have to practice a bit with the largest wheel to control the motion and speed of rotation. A few times it felt like the wheel was getting away from me or that it might tip over. However, after a few days, I had no issues. The construction seems really solid. I'm fairly heavy, but the wheels hold their shape as I roll my back along them, even the largest one. The padding is sufficient to give just the amount of firmness and comfort.Compared to other brands, I found the price to be competitive or slightly better.

This is great, I popped my back wonderfully. …After a few tries and almost falling off the narrow wheel. Go slow. Because it has a tendency to wobble.
