Works well on my18000 btu Heat Hog. Nothing to do, just push on and get heat. Beats using 1 lb. propane tanks.

I haven’t been able to find a 3/8 adapter for this hose. It should come with one or at least be availe for purchase separetly

I didn't even know there was a quick connect on my big buddy, but low and behold. Also didn't know higher pressures leached oils out of the hose.Per the buddy heater people a regulator on the front prevents this leaching and therefore does not mandate a filter.I have only used it once, but no issues with the quick connect or the heater thus far.As this had a quick connect there is not an easy option to add a filter, but again if the regulator is within the factory specs (On this i have no idea where this regulator is at) it should work without issue.

The quality of propane hose and connection is fine . But if you are going to use this product on a Mr Heater big buddy , buddy , or little buddy ,, It will not work because of the regulator built into theMr Heater . So there is no need for hose regulator.
