I couldn't be happier with this portable floor steamer! It's been a game-changer in keeping my floors clean and sanitized. The compact design is incredibly convenient, making it easy to move around and store. The steamer heats up quickly, and the continuous steam feature allows me to tackle large areas without any interruptions. I've used it on various floor types, from hardwood to tile, and it works like a charm on all of them. The attachments provided are versatile and have proven useful for reaching tight corners and crevices. Plus, the water tank size is just right, allowing me to clean multiple rooms before needing a refill. The steam power is impressive, effectively lifting dirt and grime, leaving my floors sparkling clean. Cleaning has never been this efficient and enjoyable.

I've been able to use this a few times since my purchase. Overall I've been pleased. It cuts through dirt much better than my old mop, and things just feel more clean afterward. It does it's job well, heats the water quickly and has been great for cleaning our tile and linoleum floors. I haven't tried the window attachment yet. Our kitchen tile grout is looking better than it has after years of plain old mopping. One minor gripe is that it only came with one microfibre cover for the floor attachment. It would have been so much better to have two or three in rotation. Fortunately, some microfiber dish cloths I already had seem to work okay. I used the nylon spot cleaning brush on a couple of tough, ground-in stains, and maybe I used too much force because the bristles now look like an old worn out toothbrush. Replacements don't seem to be available. I'd recommend letting the steam do the work instead of scrubbing with force (as I'm used to doing with my old mop). It's a bit much to manage all the attachments, so I just keep it in the original box. All the attachments (19 individual pieces) would be easy to lose (for me at least). The cord length is a bit shorter than I'd like, meaning I have to move it around to different rooms and plug it in in each room or area it gets used. Not a big deal, but it would have been simple to have a longer cord. Overall I found it easy to use, does it's job and I'm satisfied. I'd would recommend it, especially if the manufacturer would make replacement parts available.

Got the steam cleaner because always heard from my friend how steam cleaner can kill most the bacteria and dust mites. The machine itself is not heavy, and the wheels works great and smooth even with full tank of water. It comes with all the accessories/tools for different cleaning surfaces, and the instructions for how to use each tool is clear enough. It's a powerful machine, helps me get rid of some tough stains on stove and floor. Because of it's multifunctional, you can get the crazy hot steam in just 5 minutes. Wish the power cord is retractable, but overall I love this steam cleaner, it's user friendly, super light weight and really worth the money.

I got this steamer for my carpets. It did not do the job it claims to do in any sense. I even tried it in the bathroom to help with cleaning tiles. It doesn't work. Do not recommend.

I bought this to clean my shower doors. It did not take off the soap scum. Had to use a cleaner that worked and then cleaned to doors. The squeeze didn't work great but the cleaner sponge did take off the water spots. For using on the tile, the other ridge prevents the cloth from picking up dust and pet hair. I would rather use a mop. Did not go flat to get under the vanity. Haven't tried it yet on the stove. Steam sprayer seems adequate. Good for light cleaning. Cord was a bit short making it awkward to clean glass in the shower even though I used an outlet in the bathroom.

I sure wish I had known that I wouldn't be able to purchase extra tips for this steamer. It did a great job cleaning the grout in my house. However, I went through THREE of the cleaning tip brushes. Only to find out that you can't get replacements. Very sorry I purchased this and will be smarter the next time I make a purchase like this. ** Changing to four stars because steamer works well. Still can't get replacement parts, unfortunately I can't seem to make the seller understand what that means.
