Great for a thorough stretch after getting home from the gym. Can never really trust the person who used the equipment before me to wipe things down completely so having a foam roller at home is now a game changer.I've also enjoyed the use of the massage ball for home office use while I work during the day. Love the all black design and convenient drawstring bag to keep things together

Love the different pieces included especially the roller stick! Fair price as there was a 20% off coupon that had me pull the trigger to make this purchase. Pretty cool bag to carry around to and from the gym as I would not use the shared rollers there.

If you're looking to get rid of some of those aches and pains after a long day of sitting at your desk staring at spreadsheets like I do, you've come to the right place and I think you'll like this set. I already had A foam roller in the closet that I brought out sometimes, but it was not textured at all and only helped to sometimes crack my back on the floor. It's very similar to one that came in this set, but cheaper feeling.What stood out the most in my recovery routines while using this set is the spiked ball and the muscle roller. While I do a lot of sitting at my desk during the day I do an hour of rigorous cardio to supplement for that but I feel from going to absolutely stiff as a board to running is detrimental to me unless I properly massage and take care of my muscles.The muscle roller feels amazing on the calves, and the rolling balls under your foot, especially the spike one, help hit those pressure points and release those tense spots of tightness and pain.

This is a great set at a great price. I use one of the balls for foot massage, the other for hand massage. The rolling pin is great on the quads, calves, and hamstrings. It’s surprisingly effective and convenient. The real reason I got the set was for the foam roller, and that did not disappoint. It’s longer than I’m used to, but it’s good quality and feels great on my back and all other muscle groups. Love that it comes in a carrying bag also.

What a great kit this is with 6 different items to help stretch and roll out sore muscles. This kit has a 12-inch foam roller which is strong and does not have much squishiness or give, which means it's great for getting yourself a deep tissue massage. Also comes with a stretching strap, a heavy weight ball, a spike ball, a peanut massage roller which looks like it sounds and is sort of 2 balls joined together in the middle like a peanut. And finally, a massage roller stick with an anti-slip grip, to roll out your own thighs and calves, or reach behind and roll out your back. The balls that come with this kit are so solid (heavy weight) I was literally afraid to use them the first time. Not in a bad way, I just knew I had to be careful when putting my body weight on these. I have so many other softer, squishier massage balls at home but none of them get into the deep tissue like these do. If you're always sore and stiff and feel like nothing helps you access those really tight muscles, get this kit.
