I got this product to be able to route multiple HDMI sources to one TV and have them use eARC. This product does work fine for that, but I feel like it's overly complicated in that it uses DIP switches to achieve it's purpose in the various configurations. I haven't needed to use DIP switches in around 20 years, back when I used to build my own PCs. this is an archaic technology that could be achieved in different, simpler ways today.Once you get the product configured the way you want it, it does work very well, but it seems like it's primary purpose of to connect a single audio source to multiple audio output devices. I'm not sure who would have four different soundbars that they would need to connect to a single TV via HDMI, so I suspect that this is targeted more at a retail or corporate user.Bottom line: the product works well, but is complicated to configure. The instructions are well written, but be prepared for a learning curve the first time you use it.
