It comes w a lot of options but is packaged in a vacuum sealed clear bag the size of your hand or head whatever.Good quality material and big balloons have typical reusable air fill options. Comes w blue string if you’re using helium. We just use the air compressor/or another inflating tool to fill up the balloons. The smaller balloons are like other odor filled rubber smells.So I would use the thick “straw” they give to blow if you don’t have the tool for it. Great option and cheaper than buying at a retail store for what you get. I had one casualty (normal balloon) that appeared to have old material, but other than that, these lived up to their use and survived a full week up before the decorations were dismantled.Depending on your room size -it may be worth it to get more than one, I did wish I had more tumhunderboikts, stars, and more of the foil balloons.

I liked the colors and the two foil balloons. The ice cream cone balloon would not stay inflated, but I'm not sure if that was my fault or a defective balloon. The product image shows the balloons gathered together in a grouping, but that grouping is impossible using just the included items. In addition to the balloons, they give you a straw to blow up the foil balloons and some ribbon. Unless you buy a separate helium balloon inflater which would allow you to create the grouping pictured, you are stuck taping these to the wall or attaching the ribbon and letting them hang down. The picture I included is misleading and I probably should not upload it, but I had my own plastic balloon garland decorating strips that we used to put that together. If we had not had that, our decorating job would have looked pretty pathetic.The balloons were great colors, but the one that had confetti in it does not look like the picture. They are hoping that static will cause the confetti to stick all over the inside, but it mostly just dropped to the bottom of the balloon.I made the most of it, but if I had not had the garland strip, I would have been very disappointed in this.
