I try these with different configurations and nothing seem to work. I get no audio to pass through at all. Should've have known better when I see a similar, if not exactly the same, product sold by at least five different companies.

I tested this generic chinese ground loop isolator with 2 other (BESIGN and Kript HiFi) ground loop isolators in my car. This is half the price of others and does the same thing. All ground loop isolators I tested do appear to significantly lower the volume in one of my cars, however, in my other car, the volume was not very noticeably lowered, so your results may vary depending on your car/device.

Product works and both GLIs have been in constant use since September last year with no issues. The only caveat is that the connectors on the isolators themselves are a bit loose, so cables get unplugged with little force. One isolator isn't as loose as the other, so this may be just bad luck on my part.No issues other than that whatsoever. Note that I don't unplug the 3.5mm cables from them very often aside from when they get yanked out by accident, so I can't comment on use cases where they're on the move and having the cables swapped often.

I got a new GPU. Despite not being attached to the speakers in any way, it created a persistent buzzing. It also created louder noises when switching display modes (during startup or otherwise). Putting this inline fixed the noises. I don't care much about sound quality, and I did not notice any difference.I have two computers attached to different inputs on my speakers. The buzzing only happened (before adding this) when I had both of them plugged in.Also note that adding these on both the inputs to my speakers produced a fairly loud 60 Hz hum. I had to use just one of them for one input to make things work well.

I had some ground loop noise from the audio generated by a device powered from the USB port of a computer when mixing that with the computer audio via a line level mixer. This knocked it out with no problem. There's probably some reduction in the level but that's much better than the noise.

Thought I'd share my siuation here as I could not find info easily on resolving the static noise that I was hearing. My setup is 2 PCs and 1 tablet going through a stereo line mixer. I kept hearing intermitent static and noises (almost like a weak modem connecting sound) that would not go away. Tried switching cables, mixers and nothing worked. Found this after getting suggerstions on grounding the loop. And BOOM! no more noise. I got the 2-pack and tried putting one on each and that is not good. One does the trick for both PCs. Hopefully someone finds this helpful.

I installed 150 ft of non-grounding audio cable. It goes from the PC audio out into a 32-channel digital mixer. Whenever I would play music from the computer, I would get a very nasty humming sound. I looked online and I found a lot of large devices that cost 3 times the price of your device..After receiving your device I hooked it up as instructed to instruct it to the back of my mixing board.. I didn't expect the small ground loop isolator to work. I, therefore, played audio from my computer to verify that this tiny device worked. What I heard was pure audio!! No fuzz, no hum, no static just audio.Sweet sweet sounds of music! To verify a resolution to my problem, I unhooked the small device and plugged the jack into the back of the digital mixer and the humming noise came back. I reconnected my device and walla, my problem was solved. Without a doubt.I would recommend this small device to anyone experiencing a similar problem that I had... To make things even better is that I received two for the price that others were selling a single device for.

I have an overly complicated home theater. I like using a higher end computer speaker for the sound from my TV. I also have an Alexa that I stream music, a Home Theater PC and a Streaming TV box. Feeding all of these through 1 speaker was a challenge. I found a mixer with 5 Inputs and 1 output (most are opposite) , but I had a loud 60 cycle hum when everything was connected. It was mostly signal interference from the TV. I ended up having to use TV Speakers, which made me sad.I ordered this Ground Loop Noise Isolator as a last-ditch effort. Sadly YouTube had nothing worth while for my issue. I bought it because it had great reviews. Well, it worked like a charm⦠Eliminated 95%+ of the hum. I got 2 for $14, sending one home with my Dad who has a similar problem with his Alexa and external speakers. Glad I gave it a try... NOTE: the position of the wire effected the hum. So if it does not eliminate your Hum, move the wires around a little. I initially thought it did nothing, but when I layed the wire down, the hum was gone.
