I was under the impression the entire assembly was CNC aluminum, including the throttle tube. But, the throttle tube is in fact plastic, meaning the end of the tube holding the throttle cable inside the assembly on the bike is plastic, which I was trying to avoid. The description should say this instead of just stating "CNC aluminum" all over the place. To my understanding, there are all metal constructed throttle tubes available, if not, and they're all just plastic with a metal grip, then I feel betrayed and lied to lol.Regardless.... I did keep them on. They do fit my 2004 Suzuki Intruder VS800 with 1" handlebar tubing. They're construction does really well at reducing vibrations to the hand. It looks like the rubber pieces that protrude through the metal layer that your hand grips onto is actually one single giant piece of rubber that exists under the metal part of the grip, creating a giant layer of soft rubber between your hands and the handlebar. The design of the grips may not be someone's favorite feel on a grip, but I've already gotten used to it after a couple days. So far no issues. I do see the glue between the metal grip and throttle tube, as long as it doesn't separate and break loose, everything is good to me. I approve and recommend.Just include that the throttle tube is plastic in the description please. Don't omit the information to trick ppl into thinking they're buying a metal throttle tube.... It'd be 5 stars if you didn't lie.Update: ZERO STARS.Don't buy this garbage. The semi wet, non permanent glue will inevitably start sliding under throttle. The glue from factory will not keep the rubber secured to the plastic throttle body. You'll need to replace the glue with a permanent type yourself.

Easy installation and seems like it's built to last. Would buy again.
