These ceramic planters were made from the best quality clay on earth for ceramic production. From clay mixing, refining, molding, casting and to the final stage of kiln firing, every pot is an artisan creation by our humble experienced skilled workers with years of training and hard work. The density of the clay, high fire and fine creation give strength to the body of the planters enabling them to withstand both hot and cold climates. Thus, they will neither fade nor crack in any season.
Elegant Glazes
Inspired by Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, we chose to glaze these planters with either semi-glossy or matte finishes and with pastel colors. These subtle finishes and colors compliment most current commercial offices and apartments and fit in with your contemporary living spaces perfectly.
Fired at 1200 ℃ (Degrees Celsius)
Unlike most indoor ceramics, which fire at around 700℃ to 800 ℃., our ceramics are fired at 1200 ℃. At this elevated temperature, porcelain clay will form a strong, durable planter wall and the surface will crystalize to resist seepage of the water and moisture. Thus, the pottery is prevented from cracking even in extremely cold temperature. Also. the colors will not fade despite the heat of long hours of scorching sunlight.
